Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY LEAD TIME Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours. In most cases smaller items such as Sticks, Shoes, Accessories and some Small Bags can be received within 24-48 hours. All other orders range between 2-3 business days. Club clothing can take longer as they have to be embroidered and printed. Orders are sent by either Royal Mail or via Courier If for some reason it is going to be any longer we will contact you via email or phone to let you know. ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK - Please note we currently do not ship outside of the UK. RETURNS If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of delivery to receive a store credit for the value of the purchase price. This credit then can be used to purchase any product for that value. Should you wish to get a product of more value you can pay the difference between your credit and the new purchase price. The
product must be returned complete and in its original condition to receive an exchange.
In some circumstance we do offer a cash refund.
